As a junior consultant, you will be working on accompanying our clients and will be supervised by a manager or a partner. You will take part in the development of 1618 Consulting.
You have a Bac + 5 profile, with preferably an academic specialisation or a first experience in Data, Consulting or Finance. Excellent English level required.
Required qualities: discipline, analytical and listening skills, oral and written communication, empathy and common sense, work capacity, open-mindedness and a liking for what is new.
You will be working on accompanying our clients. You will take part in the development of 1618 Consulting: offer development, mission sale, management, supervision of consultants. Bac + 5 profile with an academic specialisation or a first experience in Data and in Consulting (or in Finance). Excellent English level required.
Sought-after knowledge: data management, compliance, process optimisation, design thinking, lean start-up, financial models, statistics, big data, open data, RGPD, data visualisation.
Required qualities: leadership, spirit of initiative, commercial reach, team spirit, and all basic qualities required for consulting.

Career and guidance monitoring
For each mission, consultants are managed day to day by a manager, whose role is to ensure good quality and timeliness of delivery and managing the relationship with the client. The manager also brings his expertise while making sure the consultants learn and improve. An assessment is made at the end of each mission.
Throughout your career with 1618 Consulting, you will have a referent Partner. His role is to boost your evolution and growth. He will be able to share his experience, help, and inform on the 1618 organisation. An annual review is planned with your Partner to discuss the year passed and prospects for the year to come.
